We hope you are delighted with your Memo Paris purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery. To ensure the integrity of our fragrances, all returned items must be in their original cellophane packaging and pristine condition.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our olfactory concierge team via our contact form or email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.
Prepare the Parcel
Carefully pack the unopened fragrance in its original box and shipping carton, ensuring any complimentary samples or gifts included with the purchase are also enclosed.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt for your records.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects the seal of the product, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
